Is there private coaching?

Yes, this program, includes 6-30 minute private calls where we can talk about ANYTHING!  

When does it start?

Monday, November 6th and runs 12 weeks.

How much time will this take?

Depends on what you are doing right now. If you are currently working out at least 2-3 days/week then no additional time. If you are not working out, at least 60-90/week.  

What will be covered over the 12 weeks?

You will have your own personal menopause blueprint, what your nutrition, workout should look like and best of all how to make tweaks when things don’t seem to be work. I’ll also share with you ways to work with your doctor to get the care the you need.

How does it work?

On Wednesday, November 8th your first learning module will be release. You have 6 private calls that can be used over the course of the 12 weeks. These calls can be used anyway you’d like.
