Pace -- This is for the women who has a lot of there plate but really wants to give this a go! You know that you can commit to 2x a week at least 15 minutes
Momentum -- This is for the women who is already pretty consistent but want to up their game. You know that you can commit to 3x a week at least 30 minutes
Velocity -- This is for the women who is already pretty consistent but want to up their game. You know that you can commit to 3x a week at least 45 minutes
